I think les Habitants (The Montreal Canadiens) have been one of the most fun teams to watch this playoff season. Knocking off the Presidents' Trophy winners in the first round. The Washington Capitals, and A.O., got knocked out of the playoffs by the 8th seeded team, the Montreal Canadiens, in a game 7. A rare event.
Next round, les Habitants took on the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and knocked them out in the 7th game. Entertaining, to say the least, history to be determined. Next up, undetermined...

Damn foreigners, winning all of our sporting events! Look out, though, the most hated team to ever play in the N.H.L., the Philadelphia Flyers, can make their own history on Friday night. The "Broad Street Bullies" were down 3 - 0, to the Boston Bruins, but became the 14th team in N.H.L. history to get to a game 7!
By winning tonight, the Flyers have done something akin to the Perfect Game in baseball. These guys clawed their way back into a best-of-7-series, after losing the first 3 games. Only the '42 Leaves, and the '75 Islanders have ever won their series after digging themselves a 3 - 0 hole. LET'S GO FLYERS !
This leaves me with the conundrum of who to root for, should the Flyers pull off the impossible and win, Montreal (damn foreigners!) would be our next opponent. I absolutely LOVE my Flyers , but les Habitants are tearing it up! My boys WILL win and become the 3rd team to overcome a 3 - 0 deficit, but IF they don't, LET'S GO MONTREAL !!! DAMN FOREIGNERS!
Boycott Arizona.
